MA and Ph.D degree courses in EU studies are open at PNU GSIS (Graduate School of International Studies) by PNU EU Center since March in 2010 for the first time in Korea. EU Studies provide students with the unique opportunity of developing expertise regarding the organizations and policies of the European Union and regarding cultural, business, and political relations between East Asia and European countries. It will be an inspiring and challenging program, complementing other degree programs.
Most courses for this major will be offered in GSIS. GSIS provides typically small-size classes; for this program, most of them will be taught in English by visiting European scholars as GSIS faculty.
